The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals may be withheld if identity verification has not been completed.

For example:

• Deposit ৳12,000 → Receive ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering calculation example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated separately.
• A bonus may only be usable in specific games or betting categories.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• xk333 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

xk333 has four VIP tiers for its regular players, earned based on player activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier advancement is determined at xk333's discretion. Cashback amounts and payment schedules will be communicated separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xk333 platform and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Misusing bonuses or seeking loopholes in bonus terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Manipulating any game or colluding with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other automation method.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
